Life-stage-aware practice

Women's yoga programmes in Gurgaon

General wellbeing, prenatal/postnatal and midlife formats with specialist-instructor matching, privacy and medical-clearance rules.

Separate programmes, separate competence

Women's wellbeing is not one uniform condition. Satv separates general practice, prenatal, postnatal and midlife formats and assigns only instructors whose documented training fits the programme.

General wellbeing

Traditional small-group or personal practice based on goals and experience.

Prenatal

Modified practice only after obstetric discussion and with a trained prenatal instructor.

Postnatal

Return to movement after appropriate clearance, with delivery and recovery context considered.

Midlife

General mobility, strength-supporting practice, stress regulation and relaxation.

Pregnancy safety

ACOG states that physical activity is safe for most healthy, normal pregnancies after discussion with the obstetric professional, and it identifies modified yoga as an option. It advises avoiding hot yoga and long periods lying flat on the back.1

Stop and contact your obstetric team for vaginal bleeding, dizziness/fainting, chest pain, shortness of breath before exercise, calf pain/swelling, painful contractions or fluid leakage. This list does not replace your clinician's instructions.

PCOS/PCOD and menopause wording

Yoga may be offered as supportive movement and stress-regulation practice for a woman already managing PCOS/PCOD; Satv does not claim to reverse the condition. NCCIH reports that yoga may help some menopause symptoms, while individual results and study quality vary.2

Satv does not use "neonatal yoga" as a general service term. Any mother-and-baby movement or infant-focused service would require separate specialist competence and safeguarding.

Practice safely. Satv Yog provides yoga education and guided wellbeing practice—not diagnosis, emergency care or a guaranteed treatment.
