Teaching journey
Your first session starts with a conversation
I want to understand what your days look like, your experience with yoga and what has made regular practice difficult. During the first one or two classes, I keep the practice gentle, listen closely and observe how you move.
When an asana is difficult, we explore other ways to approach it. I combine Hatha yoga, breath awareness and meditation, adapting sessions to your experience, health context and goals. There is room for questions and conversation, without judgement.
Observe firstUnderstand movement, experience and comfort before progressing.
Build graduallyUse repeatable steps that can become part of everyday life.
Stay consistentProgress comes from regular practice, useful feedback and realistic routines.
